Gearing up for this year's ratings battle, "The X-Factor" released a preview for season 3 earlier this week.
This time around, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio sit at the judges' table to see who has what it takes to be a star.
In the teaser, Simon insists "I'm now back in control," yet the
female judges' antics prove otherwise as silliness and jokes at the
harsh critic's expense are shown.
