On Monday, the Brooklyn native debuted a sleek blond hair color at the 2013 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Interviewed on the arrivals carpet, Anne said of her new look, "I don't know that you could tell it by looking at me, but Debbie Harry was my inspiration.”
