Eager to show off her latest work, Carey Mulligan arrived at the world premiere of “The Great Gatsby” on Wednesday evening (May 1) in New York City.
Posing elegantly on the arrivals carpet in a bright red gown, the blonde beauty chatted up her co-stars before heading inside Avery Fisher Hall for the film’s debut.
The new take on F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic story set in Long Island during the 1920s, the motion picture also stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Isla Fisher and Joel Edgerton.
Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the highly anticipated “The Great Gatsby” arrives in theaters nationwide on Friday, May 10.
