From one country crooning beauty to another, the NFL has chosen Carrie Underwood to replace Faith Hill to sing the opening theme for "Sunday Night Football."
Now, every time fans turn on the tube for a relaxing night of football, they'll hear the 30-year-old songstress belt out "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night" on NBC.
Speaking about the opportunity, Carrie explained, "For me, it just always seemed like something that would be fun to do. To watch Faith do it week after week, to see that hype for the game, it’s something that’s so cool.”
Beginning September 8th, when the Dallas Cowboys host the New York Giants, you can find out how Ms. Underwood puts her own spin on the sports theme.
