It has been a hectic week for Lindsay Lohan, whose lawyer made a last-minute switch on her rehab facility selection that landed the actress in hot water with the court.
Now, the “Mean Girls” gal has re-hired her old attorney Shawn Holley, who has negotiated a deal to get Lohan into the prosecutor-approved Betty Ford Center.
But it’s not all smiles and roses just yet- in 2010, LiLo got into a physical altercation with a staff member at Betty Ford and things got pretty messy. Still, with almost three years of water under that bridge, everyone has high hopes that Lindsay’s next 90 days will be the start of a brand new life for her.
