Jay-Z Scores Sports Agent Certification
It seems there’s nothing he can’t accomplish, and Jay-Z was just licensed as an agent for the NBA and MLB as part of his Roc Nation Sports venture.
The “99 Problems” rapper is thrilled with the news, and now all he has to do is sell off his ownership stake in the Brooklyn Nets before he can legally represent athletes.
And with the NBA draft and free agency coming up next month, it seems that Jay secured his credentials in the nick of time.
So far, Oklahoma City Thunder stud Kevin Durant has made it known that he plans on signing with Roc Nation, and New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz is also a likely client.
Already in the stable, so-to-speak, are stars like Rbinson Cano, Geno Smith, and Skylar Diggins.
