Denise Richards Granted Temporary Custody of Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen's Twins
Though their divorce was as publicized as their marriage Denise Richards has stepped up to care for ex-husband Charlie Sheen's twin boys with Brooke Mueller.
On Thursday (May 2), Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services officials removed the 4-year-old kids from Brooke's home and the "Wild Things" star was granted emergency custody.
On Tuesday, a judge gave temporary custody to the 42-year-old actress while the children's mother is in rehab. Emerging from the courthouse together, Ms. Richards sported a white top, black blazer, and short black skirt, while the former "Two and a Half Men" star wore a dark suit and blue tie.
Back in December, Denise cared for the kids while Ms. Mueller tried a stint at rehab, telling "Access Hollywood,"This is not the first time I’ve had all five, they’re Sam and Lola’s brothers. It was a full house, lots of love and life. Brooke knows anytime, and Charlie, that any time they need help with the boys, that I’m there."
