Ryan Gosling: Director on the Set of "How to Catch a Monster"

Taking off his acting hat to direct, Ryan Gosling was hard at work on the set of “How to Catch a Monster” on Friday (May 3) in Detroit.
Surrounded by crew members, the Canadian heartthrob gave out directions for the shots in a wooded area, and even did some set up himself.
A fantasy thriller, the flick follows a single mother who is swept into the underworld while her son also discovers an underwater town.
In addition to directing the movie, the 32-year-old wrote the script. The film will arrive in theaters next year.
