Charice Declares “I’m a Lesbian”
Following in the footsteps of many brave celebrities, Charice Pempengco has revealed that she’s gay.
During an interview on a Philippine news show called “The Buzz,” the “Glee” actress used the term “tomboy” to describe her sexuality (“tomboy” is said to be slang for “lesbian” in the Philippines).
Charice noted, “Yes, I am a tomboy. I don’t know what’s the problem with that. Because for me there isn’t a problem with that.”
According to a Philippine Star story, Pempengco’s mother and grandfather aren’t exactly embracing her sexuality, which is causing some major drama in her life.
