Reese Witherspoon Sues Jewelry Company for Using her Face in Ads
Her face is everywhere you look but in less you have permission to be using Reese Witherspoon's famous mug you better beware!
The "Water for Elephants" actress recently filed a lawsuit against Marketing Advantages International, the company which runs jewelry website Emitations.com.
According to TMZ, Miss Witherspoon is claiming that the website
exploited her name and face after using a picture of her on their site
while trying to sell jewelry that imitated her engagement ring.
The exact picture comes from an Us Weekly issue back in 2004 when the actress was married to Ryan Phillippe. Reese is suing for an unspecified amount of money.
