We all remember when Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth got pulled over by the cops last week, and now there’s a new video of the conversation they had in the police car.
In the clip, the inebriated “Sweet Home Alabama” babe tells the officer, “My name is Reese Witherspoon, you are arresting me for obstruction of justice, it will be in the national news.”
And once Johnny Law throws her in the back of the cruiser, Toth begins to scold his wife- “Why are you doing this? All you should have done was let me get arrested… Now you’ve turned it into national news. With both feet planted firmly in denial, Witherspoon defends herself- ”He does not have jurisdiction over the ground that he speaks on.”
Reese has since apologized for her behavior and fully admitted her fault in the matter.
